On my way to the Salon at the Rex this afternoon, I had to navigate through a mob in front of Union Square Apple store. I saw reporters & assumed it was something to do with the new iPhone. It was only until I got home later that I discovered that Steve Jobs had passed away. These 2 bouquets of flowers were left in front of the Apple store on Chestnut Street in my neighborhood. There can't be many corporate CEOs who deaths spark a public outpouring of grief.

Flowers for Steve Jobs
On my way to the Salon at the Rex this afternoon, I had to navigate through a mob in front of Union Square Apple store. I saw reporters & assumed it was something to do with the new iPhone. It was only until I got home later that I discovered that Steve Jobs had passed away. These 2 bouquets of flowers were left in front of the Apple store on Chestnut Street in my neighborhood.
